Sometimes I wake up in the morning, wishing I won´t have to rush to work! There are many things that I could change, like waking up a bit earlier or trying to go to sleep at an acceptable hour. But there is one thing that can make mornings much easier: preparing breakfast the evening before!
If you are also looking for an easy solution to make your mornings more relaxing, here are 6 smoothies you can pick from!
Why breakfast with smoothies?
Smoothies are a perfect way to start the morning!
Recent statistics have shown that in Europe:
- 17,7% have potassium deficit
- 13,2% have iron deficit
- 11% have magnesium deficit
- 9,6% have vitamin A deficit
- 5,9% have folic acid (vitamin B9) deficit
During the day it can happen that we are overwhelmed at work and don´t have the chance to eat enough fruits or veggies, that is why, it is best to start the morning with a dose of minerals and fiber! The good news is that it can also be to-go!
Start by picking up your favorite between the following!
